The Goal: Delete a reply from a forum topic in the Info Hub.
Before You Begin:
- Only the original author of a reply OR the moderator of a forum may delete replies.
- Open the forum topic that contains the reply you want to remove.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Click the title of the topic to view the topic and previous comments.
Click the garbage can icon
for the reply you wish to delete. You will get a pop-up window asking, "Are you sure you want to delete this content?" Click OK to delete the comment.
Common Pitfalls
- Permission errors: If the garbage can icon is missing, you are not the reply's author or a forum moderator. Only those roles can delete a reply.
