The Goal: Switch between organizations from within the Info Hub when a member is associated with more than one organization.
Before You Begin:
- The member must be associated with more than one organization for the switch option to appear.
- You must be logged in to the Info Hub as that member.
Step-by-Step Instructions
When a member is associated with multiple organizations, a Change Org link is displayed under that member’s name in the Info Hub.
- Click the Change Org link and select the organization you want to switch to.
Common Pitfalls
- Unexpected permission changes: When the member changes organizations, the permissions associated to the selected organization will immediately be applied. Confirm you have switched to the intended organization before continuing.
