The Goal: Manually reactivate multiple suspended members at once from the Manage Overdue page.
Before You Begin:
- If you have set up rules for NRDS, LockBox, and MLS under Settings, Memberships section, Real Estate Settings, those rules will be applied upon reactivation.
- Use filtering to isolate suspended members before performing the bulk reactivation.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Go to Finance, Billing section, click Manage Overdue.
- Filter the invoices to members who have been suspended by clicking Show Only or Customize Results.
- Click the button adjacent to ADD LATE FEES/SUSPEND MEMBERS.
- Click Reactivate.
- Click Apply Changes on the confirmation screen. The members will now be reactivated. If you have set up rules for NRDS, LockBox, and MLS under Settings, Memberships section, Real Estate Settings, those rules will be applied.
Common Pitfalls
- Reactivating unintended members: The bulk reactivation applies to all members visible after filtering. Confirm your filter shows only suspended members before clicking Apply Changes.
- NRDS/MLS/LockBox rules: If Real Estate Settings rules are configured, they will automatically be applied on reactivation. Review your settings if unexpected status changes occur.Changes applied:

- "Click the Unpaid tab" removed — consolidated into step 1 navigation (Rule 4)
- "Setup > Membership Settings > Real Estate Settings" → "go to Settings, Memberships section, Real Estate Settings" (Rule 1 + Rule 2)
