Add an Individual to an Existing Business

1. On the individual's Overview tab, click the   in the Businesses section.

   

2. On the Associate Business screen begin entering the name of the organization. If the organization exists in your database, select the organization, and organization information will be populated.. If the organization does not exist, you will create a new organization record. Contact information for the business will be displayed and you can choose to associate that contact information to the individual. Additionally you can choose to end the link between the individual and other organizations in the End Role section.

   

3. Click Done.

The individual is now associated to the new organization.
