Before You Begin:
- Staff access to the Reports area to run the Membership Change Report.
- The contact record you want to review, if you are looking at an individual member's activity.

Step-by-Step Instructions
There are two ways to view membership activity: across all members using a report, or for a single contact from their profile.
View all membership changes (report)
- Run the Membership Change Report to view and analyze all membership changes across your association.
View activity for a single contact
- Open the contact record and click the Profile tab.
- Click into the contact's membership in the Membership section to view that contact's membership activity.
Common Pitfalls
- Looking in the wrong place for member-level history: Association-wide trends come from the Membership Change Report, while a single member's history lives on that contact's Profile tab — don't expect one to show the other.
