The Goal: Delete a set of Membership Status to M1, MLS, or Lockbox Status rules you no longer need.
Before You Begin:
- You must have staff access to the Real Estate Edition settings.
- Know which set of status rules you intend to delete, as this action cannot be undone.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Click Settings in the left-hand rail.
- Go to Settings, Real Estate Edition section, click Suspend/Drop/Reactivate Settings.
Click the Real Estate Settings tab.
- Click the trashcan icon
in the Actions column for the set of rules you wish to delete.
- Click Delete.
- Click OK to confirm.
Common Pitfalls
- Deleting the wrong rule set: Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Confirm you are in the Actions column row for the exact rule set you intend to remove before clicking the trashcan icon.
