The Goal: Understand how a staff person accesses the Info Hub from the staff options dropdown, and which access level controls what they see.
Before You Begin:
- You must be signed in as a staff person with a staff contact record.
- Know whether your staff contact has an access level assigned to your staff contact, or whether it falls back to the default.
Step-by-Step Instructions

As a staff person, click the Info Hub link in the staff options dropdown. This opens the Info Hub using the access level assigned to your staff contact.
- Use this menu item for quick access for staff to get into the Info Hub and access Resources for the Forum or any other items configured in the Info Hub for the members.

If your staff contact does not have an access level assigned, it will use the default access level set at the Login Settings page under Settings, Staff & User Access section (End User Setup > Login Settings).

Common Pitfalls
- Unexpected Info Hub view: If a staff person sees more or less than expected in the Info Hub, check whether their staff contact has an access level assigned. With none assigned, the Info Hub falls back to the overall member default access level configured under Settings, Staff & User Access section, Login Settings.
