The Goal: Reply to an existing comment within an Info Hub Forum topic so your response posts directly beneath the original comment.
Before You Begin:
- You must be logged in to the Info Hub with access to the Forum.
- Have the topic you want to respond to open, and identify the specific comment you wish to reply to.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Click the title of the topic to view the topic and previous comments.
Click Reply for the comment you wish to reply to.
Enter your reply and click Done to submit.
The reply will post below the original comment and will contain a quote of the original comment.
Common Pitfalls
- Replying to the wrong comment: Each comment has its own Reply link. Confirm you clicked Reply on the specific comment you want to respond to, since the reply will post beneath that comment and quote it.
