The Goal: Enter certification component results for a single contact by opening their progress tracker and marking the appropriate components as completed.
Before You Begin:
- The contact must be enrolled in a certification program and visible on the Tracking page.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Go to Events & Learning, Continuing Education section, click Tracking. Apply any filters as needed, then click the check mark for the person for whom you wish to enter results.
- The Edit Progress Tracker window will display a list of all components necessary to complete the certification. Tick the checkbox for each completed component, or click Mark All Completed to tick all components. Enter hours/credits if necessary.
- Click Done.
Common Pitfalls
- Contact not visible in Tracking: If the contact does not appear, confirm they are enrolled in a certification program. Use Customize Filter to search by name if the list is long.
