The Goal: Enable the setting that lets your members choose how they receive invoices (email, print, or both) directly from the Info Hub.
Before You Begin:
- You need staff access to billing settings to change the General Billing Settings page.
- Decide whether you want to give members the choice of email, print, or both delivery methods.
If you wish to allow your users to manage their invoice delivery preferences via the Info Hub, you need to enable the Allow Info Hub Users to Select Invoice Delivery Method setting.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Go to Finance, Billing section, click Settings and select General Billing Settings.

At the bottom of the window is the Info Hub Finance Settings section. Enabling the Allow Info Hub Users to Select Invoice Delivery Method option will allow your members to select their preferred invoice delivery method (email, print, or both). Common Pitfalls
- Members still can't choose a delivery method: The option lives in the Info Hub Finance Settings section at the bottom of the page—scroll down and confirm it is enabled and saved before testing in the Info Hub.
