The Goal: Store a member's credit card as a payment profile directly from the Info Hub so it can be used for NAR e-commerce transactions.
Before You Begin:
- The member must be logged in to the Info Hub with access to their billing information.
- Have the card details ready, and the M1 ID if the card will be tied to an M1 record.
- Credit cards can also be stored from the back-office instead of by the member in the Info Hub.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- In the Info Hub, click My Billing Info in the left-hand menu.
- Click the Autopay & Billing tab.

Click the + icon in the Payment Profiles section.
- On the Add Payment Profile screen, enter the following:
- Contribution Type: Personal or Corporate.

Card Information:
- Select Yes/No for Do you have a M1 ID. If Yes is selected, the M1 information for the member will be automatically populated.
- Select the Card Type.

Enter required card information details.
- Click Done.
Common Pitfalls
- Mismatched M1 record: If the member has an M1 ID, select Yes so the M1 information populates automatically rather than entering it manually, which can create a mismatch.
