The Goal: View the contact information of applicants who started a membership application but did not complete it (abandoned applications).
Before You Begin:
- You need staff access to the Contacts area.
- Contact information is only captured if the applicant completed at least the first step of the application before abandoning it.
If an applicant completes the first step of the application, then does not proceed, contact information is captured in the database. You can view this information in the Contacts module.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Click Contacts in the left-hand rail.
- Select Abandoned Membership App Contacts from the filtering options.
Common Pitfalls
- Expecting a partial applicant to appear: If the applicant did not complete the first step of the application, no contact information is captured, so they will not appear in the Abandoned Membership App Contacts filter.
