Change a Contact's Next Bill Date

Your system will automatically set a next bill date for a membership once it is activated. This date may vary dependent on how you have set up your membership types. 

• Membership renews on anniversary date. The next bill date will be the anniversary date.
• Membership renews everyone on the same date. The next bill date will be the 1st of the month selected when setting up membership types.

To update the next bill date:

1. On the contact's Billing Setup Tab click the hyper-link for the membership you wish to update.

   

2. On the Edit Membership Billing screen change the Next Bill Date. If the membership has multiple fee items you will need to change each Next Bill Date individually. 

   

3. Click Done.
