The Goal: Understand exactly which agent fields GrowthZone synchronizes to Supra so you can confirm your data is complete and formatted correctly before the lockbox sync runs.
Before You Begin:
- You must have the Real Estate Edition enabled and the Supra lockbox integration configured during your initial setup with GrowthZone.
- Your lockbox connection settings are managed from the Lockbox Settings page — go to Settings, Real Estate Edition section, click Lockbox Settings.
- The sync runs automatically every 90 minutes; you do not need to trigger it manually.
Step-by-Step: What Gets Sent to Supra
The table below describes the data that is synchronized with Supra. Every 90 minutes, your GrowthZone system will look for additions or changes to Supra data. If there have been any, all of the information in the table below is sent. The Profile and Real Estate fields referenced below are found on the agent's contact record.

Common Pitfalls
- Missing required fields: Records that lack a required field (Last Name, First Name, City, State, Lock Box Agent ID, Lock Box Member Status, or LockBox Listing Agent ID) will not sync correctly. Confirm every required field is populated before the next 90-minute sync.
- Mismatched ID type: The Lock Box Agent ID, Listing Agent ID, and Office ID must use the ID type chosen during your initial GrowthZone setup (Agent M1, Agent MLS, Office M1, Office MLS, or a custom value). Mixing types causes Supra to reject the record.
