The Goal: Understand how GrowthZone’s MLS integration works — what it does for your members and which MLS solutions are supported — and know where to manage your MLS connection in the back office.
Before You Begin:
- You must have the Real Estate Edition enabled and staff permissions to manage Real Estate Edition settings.
- Have your MLS provider details and the agent Member Type values that define each member’s MLS access level ready.
How the MLS Integration Works
GrowthZone offers a data integration with various MLS Solutions. The purpose of the integration to an MLS is to establish an account for the member, to establish the member’s access level within the MLS (defined by the agent’s Member Type), and to track the member’s status.
Currently GrowthZone integrates with:
- MRED
- Corelogic
- CRMLS
- Black Knight/Paragon
- Flex
- Stellar (Standard API type)
Coming soon:
- Northstar (Standard API type)
- Navica (Standard API type)
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Go to Settings, Real Estate Edition section, click MLS Settings.
- Confirm your MLS solution is one of the supported integrations listed above, then select your MLS provider.
- Verify each member’s Member Type is set correctly, as this defines the member’s access level within the MLS.
- Click Save to finalize your changes.
Common Pitfalls
- Incorrect Member Type: Because the agent’s Member Type determines the access level granted within the MLS, an incorrect Member Type will send the wrong access level to your MLS provider. Confirm the Member Type before the record syncs.
