The Goal: Understand exactly which office data fields GrowthZone sends to Supra, how each field is formatted, and which fields are required, so your office records sync cleanly to the lockbox system.
Before You Begin:
- The Supra lockbox connection is configured under Settings, Real Estate Edition section, Lockbox Settings — confirm it is enabled before reviewing the data sync below.
- Office data is pulled from the office contact record. Have the office's Profile and Real Estate tabs handy to confirm the source values.
- Anytime an office is added or changed, All data is sent — existing data in Supra will be over-written.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Confirm the Supra lockbox connection is enabled: go to Settings, Real Estate Edition section, click Lockbox Settings.
- Open the office contact record and review the source values on the Profile and Real Estate tabs.
- Use the table below to confirm each field's value, format, and whether it is required before adding or changing the office. Anytime an office is added or changed, All data is sent and existing data in Supra will be over-written.

Common Pitfalls
- Overwritten Supra data: Because every save sends All office data, any manual edits made directly in Supra will be replaced the next time the office is added or changed in GrowthZone. Make corrections on the office record, not in Supra.
- Missing required fields: Office Name, Office Id, and Status are required. If any is blank, the office may fail to sync to Supra.
