NOTE: The Allow Info Hub Users to Select Invoice Delivery Method setting must be enabled for users to manage their invoice delivery preferences via the Info Hub. See Allow Info Hub Users to Manage their Invoice Delivery Preferences for instructions. |
Users are able to manage their invoice delivery preference via the Info Hub.
- Log in to the Info Hub.
- Click the Gear Icon in the upper right corner of the Info Hub and select Communication Preferences.

- In the Edit Communication Preferences window, select from the options (Email/Print/Both) in the Invoice Delivery Method dropdown.

- Click Done to save your invoice delivery preference.
