The Goal: Set your preferred invoice delivery method (Email, Print, or Both) from within the Info Hub.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Users are able to manage their invoice delivery preference via the Info Hub.
- Log in to the Info Hub.
- Click the Gear Icon in the upper right corner of the Info Hub and select Communication Preferences.
- In the Edit Communication Preferences window, select from the options (Email/Print/Both) in the Invoice Delivery Method dropdown.
- Click Done to save your invoice delivery preference.
Common Pitfalls
- Delivery Method option not visible: If the Invoice Delivery Method dropdown does not appear, the Allow Info Hub Users to Select Invoice Delivery Method setting has not been enabled. An admin must turn it on first (see the note above).
