The Goal: Disable the automatic synchronization of an individual agent’s record to Supra, so changes to that agent are no longer sent to the lockbox system.
Before You Begin:
- You have permission to edit agent/contact records in the Real Estate Edition.
- By default, any additions or changes to an agent’s record are automatically synchronized to Supra.
- Know which individual agent you want to stop synchronizing.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- On the agent’s Real Estate tab, deselect Sync With LockBox.
- Click Save to finalize your changes.
Common Pitfalls
- Expecting the agent to be removed from Supra: Deselecting Sync With LockBox will NOT remove the contact’s data from Supra. It will simply stop updates to the record from being sent.
