The Goal: Activate a Real Estate office in Supra so that, through the lockbox integration, GrowthZone sends Supra the office’s status and contact information and you can issue keys via the Supra interface.
Before You Begin:
- You must have the Real Estate Edition with the Supra LockBox integration enabled.
- Have the office’s Office ID ready. If during initial setup you elected to use Office MLS ID or M1 ID, that value will be displayed and the field will be read-only.
- You need permission to manage Real Estate offices.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- For the desired office, click the Real Estate tab.
- Click the
icon in the LockBox - Supra section.
- Click Sync With LockBox.
- Select Valid from the Status list.
- Enter the Office ID for this office, or, if during initial setup you have elected to use Office MLS ID or M1 ID, this will be displayed and the field will be read only.
- Click Done. The office will be activated in Supra within the hour.
Through integration, you are providing Supra with status and contact information for the office. After activating the office, follow your standard business process for issuing keys via the Supra interface.
Common Pitfalls
- Expecting instant activation: The office is activated in Supra within the hour, not immediately. Wait before assuming the sync failed.
- Wrong identifier in the Office ID field: If you elected to use Office MLS ID or M1 ID during initial setup, the field is read-only and pre-filled. Do not try to overwrite it with a different value.
