The Goal: Reorder the registration types on an event so they display in the sequence you want on your event registration form.
Before You Begin:
- You need staff permission to edit events and their registration setup.
- Have the event created with at least two registration types added, since the display order only matters when more than one type exists.
Step-by-Step Instructions
The order in which you add your registration types will be the order in which they display on your registration form. You may reorder these at any time from the event’s registration setup.
- Go to Events & Learning, Events section, click All Events, then open the event you want to edit.
- Open the event’s registration types, where each type is listed in its current display order.
- Hover over a registration type and drag it into the desired position. The new order is the order in which the types will display on your registration form.
