The Goal: Disable the automatic synchronization of an individual office's record to Supra, so changes to that office in GrowthZone stop being sent to Supra.
Before You Begin:
- You must have a Real Estate Edition database with Supra LockBox integration enabled.
- You need permission to edit office records.
- Know which office you want to stop synchronizing to Supra.
Any additions or changes to an office's record will automatically be synchronized to Supra. You can disable this for an individual office, if needed.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- For the desired office, click the Real Estate tab.
- Click the
icon in the LockBox - Supra section.
- Deselect Sync With LockBox.
- Click Done.
Common Pitfalls
Expecting data removal: Disabling the Sync With LockBox will NOT remove the office's data from Supra, it will simply stop updates to the record from being sent from GrowthZone.
