The Goal: Suspend a real estate agent in Supra so their lockbox access is set to a suspended status and automatically synced to the Supra system.
Before You Begin:
- Your Supra integration must already be configured (Real Estate Edition). Lockbox connection options are managed at Settings, Real Estate Edition section, on the Lockbox Settings page.
- Locate the agent record you want to suspend, and confirm the agent currently has an active Supra lockbox record to suspend.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- For the desired agent, click the Real Estate tab.
- Click the
icon in the LockBox - Supra section.
- Click Sync With LockBox.
- Select Suspended from the Status list.
- Click Done.
Common Pitfalls
- Skipping the sync step: Selecting Suspended without clicking Sync With LockBox first (and Done to finish) means the status change is not sent to Supra. Always complete the full sync so the suspension takes effect in the Supra system.
