The Goal: Suspend or terminate an office's SentriLock LockBox access directly from the office record so the updated status syncs to SentriLock automatically.
Before You Begin:
- The office must have a NRDS ID before it can be synced with SentriLock.
- Your SentriLock LockBox integration must be configured under Settings, Real Estate Edition section, on the Lockbox Settings page.
- You need permission to edit office records and manage Real Estate Edition settings.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- For the desired office, click the Real Estate tab. NOTE: The office must have a NRDS ID.
- Click the
icon in the LockBox - SentriLock section.
- Click Sync with LockBox.
- Select Suspended or Terminated from the Status list.
- Click Done. The updated status will be sent to SentriLock within five minutes, with no additional interaction on your part.
Common Pitfalls
- Missing NRDS ID: The office cannot be synced with SentriLock unless it has a NRDS ID. Add the NRDS ID to the office record before attempting to suspend or terminate.
