Before You Begin:
- You must have a Real Estate Edition database with the SentriLock integration available.
- You need permission to view the Lockbox settings under Settings, Real Estate Edition section.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Go to Settings, Real Estate Edition section, click Lockbox Settings.
- Confirm that SentriLock sync is enabled.
- Once SentriLock sync is enabled, updates are sent, via API, every 5 minutes. No manual action is required to trigger a sync.
Common Pitfalls
- Expecting instant updates: Changes do not appear immediately. Because the API sync runs on a 5-minute cycle, allow up to 5 minutes for new SentriLock data to reflect in GrowthZone before troubleshooting.
