The Goal: Terminate an agent's Supra LockBox access from their record so the change is automatically sent to Supra during the next hourly sync.
Before You Begin:
- You must have the Real Estate Edition enabled and the Supra/LockBox integration configured.
- You need staff permissions to edit the agent's record and access their Real Estate tab.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- For the desired agent, click the Real Estate tab.
- Click the
icon in the LockBox - Supra section.
- Click Sync With LockBox.
- Select Terminated from the Status list.
- Click Done.
This change will automatically be included in the files sent to Supra every hour, no further interaction on your part is needed.
Common Pitfalls
- Expecting an instant update at Supra: The termination is not pushed immediately. It is included in the next hourly file sent to Supra, so allow time for the sync to run before confirming the change on Supra's side.
