Before You Begin:
- You have staff permission to manage Real Estate Edition settings.
- Sync to LockBox is enabled for your association.
- Review the fields covered in Data Sent to Supra for Offices so you know which office fields trigger a sync.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Confirm that Sync to LockBox is enabled. This setting is available from the Lockbox Settings page under Settings, Real Estate Edition section.
- Update any of the office fields described in Data Sent to Supra for Offices. Any change to these fields will result in a change record being sent to Supra.
- No further action is required. As long as Sync to LockBox is enabled, the system identifies the changes and sends them to Supra within the hour, with no further interaction on your part.
