- For the desired agent, click the Real Estate tab.
- Click the pencil in the MLS Information section.
- On the Edit CRMLS Member Information screen, ensure the Sync with MLS is enabled.
- Select Inactive from the Status list.
- Click Done.
The agent's status will be sent to CRMLS within the hour with no further interaction on your part.
