The Goal: Activate a specific office in SentriLock so its record syncs to the SentriLock LockBox system automatically.
Before You Begin:
- You must have a Real Estate Edition database with SentriLock LockBox integration enabled.
- The office you are activating must have a NRDS ID on its record.
- You need staff access to view and edit the office’s Real Estate details.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- On the desired office record, click the Real Estate tab.
NOTE: The office must have a NRDS ID. - Click the
icon in the LockBox - SentriLock section.
- Click Sync with LockBox.
- Select Valid from the Status list.
- Enter an External ID, or the field will display the NRDS ID or MLS ID if, during initial setup, you elected to default to one of these IDs.
- Click Done. The office record will be sent to SentriLock within five minutes, with no additional interaction on your part.
Common Pitfalls
- Missing NRDS ID: If the office record has no NRDS ID, the LockBox sync will not complete. Add the NRDS ID to the office before activating.
