Regardless if a Sponsor registers themselves OR if they are registered by staff, Sponsors MUST BE APPROVED before they will receive their Sponsor Display benefits.
To approve a sponsor:
- Go to the Sponsors tab of your event.
- Find the sponsor you wish to approve; they will be in Pending status.
- Click the ellipsis at the far right and select "Approve".
- Select OK if you wish to approve the Sponsor.
- The Sponsor is now approved and will have the Sponsor Display Options as configured for their registration type applied moving forward.
