What if I did not receive the form?
Customers who believe they have met the requirements but have not received a form can email gzquestions@growthzone.com to request one. -
What if it was sent to the wrong person?
Email gzquestions@growthzone.com with requests for changes. GrowthZone may call the organizational number to confirm. Regardless of the contact person, the information is for the organization and can be used for tax purposes. -
How do we update who gets the form?

What happens if this is reported under my social?

Why is my business's name truncated/look different?
There is a character limit on the form, so your business name may be shortened. You can use the business's EIN or SSN. -
Will I be charged for updating my 1099?
If the correction is needed due to incorrect data entered by the customer, GZ expects customers to pay the cost for the corrected 1099. The cost varies based on the type of correction needed.
Common Pitfalls
- Ignoring the EFile4biz email: The 1099-K form may arrive electronically from EFile4biz — this is a legitimate email. Accessing the form electronically is optional, but do not discard it as spam.
