The Goal: Review every logged communication for an individual contact and view delivery statistics for an email sent to them.
Before You Begin:
- You need staff access to view contact records.
- Have the contact’s name ready so you can locate their record.

Step-by-Step Instructions
- Go to Contacts, click All Contacts, then open the individual contact’s record.
On the contact’s record, click the Communications tab.
All communications with a contact are logged on the contact’s Communications tab.
- Click the
icon to view Delivery Statistics for an email.
If a number appears in blue adjacent to an email, this indicates that the email contained an attachment. - Review the delivery statistics and communication history for the contact.
Common Pitfalls
- Missing the attachment indicator: A blue number next to an email means it included an attachment—don’t mistake it for a delivery count.
