Change a membership from active to courtesy

Follow the steps below to change a paid membership into a courtesy membership:

1. On the contact's Overview tab, click the desired membership in the Memberships section. 

   

2. On the Membership Details page enable the Courtesy checkbox. 

   

3. Click Close.
