Set up exhibitor-specific registration options.
- Click the Exhibitor Setup tab
Click the pencil icon
for the Exhibitor Registrations Options section. These settings are optional; if no options are set, exhibitor registrations will use the Attendee Setup options.
- The following options are available:
- Registration Start Date (Optional): select a future date for registration to open.
- Registration End Date (Optional): select a future date for registration to close.
- Default Start Screen: Select your preferred setting for login options:
- Sign In de-emphasized: presents the "Your Contact Information" section, with the option to enter an email address and a "Go" button to continue.
- Sign In encouraged: Present the "Sign In" section instead, prompting for an Info Hub username and password and a "Sign In" button to continue.

- Enable Registration: this setting must be enabled for online registering to occur. Registration Start Dates and End dates will apply even if registration is enabled.
- Display All Attendee Registration Types: enable if you wish to display all the attendee registration options to the exhibitors in addition to the exhibitor options.
- Display Sponsor Registration Types: enable if you wish to display all the sponsor registration options to the exhibitors in addition to the exhibitor options.
- Show Registration Link on Event Page: this option creates an Exhibitor Registration button on the Event Details page.
The Exhibitor Registration button on the Event Details page:
- Allow Invoicing: Enable this if you want to give your Exhibitors the option of paying an invoice rather than having to use a credit card to complete registration.
- If a registrant goes to the Sponsor or Exhibitor registration URL and only registers as an attendee, the attendee settings override for invoicing. For example, if the registrant is using the sponsor URL with an invoice available, but the attendee's URL doesn't allow invoicing, the attendee will not be able to select invoicing when using the sponsor URL.
- Exhibitor Directory: You can select an existing directory, or create a new one by clicking the grey plus icon

NOTE: An exhibitor directory must be selected in order for the exhibitor logo option to populate in the registration. - Terms/Conditions: You can select an existing terms and conditions, or create a new one by clicking the grey plus icon
. (Optional) (NOTE: if Terms/Conditions are selected, they are required to be accepted by the exhibitor before registration can proceed)
- Venue Floor Plan: You can upload an image file (.jpeg, .jpg, .png, .gif, or .bmp) of your venue layout. Recommended size of 1000 pixels wide and 72dpi minimum. (Optional)
- Allow Invoicing: Enable this if you want to give your Exhibitors the option of paying an invoice rather than having to use a credit card to complete registration.
4. Make any adjustments/selections as needed and click Done.
