Hybrid Integration Custom Template

Hybrid Integrations is when a GZCMS is integrating with ChamberMaster/MemberZone module pages. By default, all GZCMS created website will have a template page created with the title “#MICRONET_HEADING#” and has #MICRONET_CONTENT# in the main area of the page.

 

Here are the full instructions to create a custom template page for the purpose of one module or one module page. 

  1. Create the Template Page 

    1. Go to GZCMS Dashboard > Pages > Click ‘Add New’ 

    2. Give the page a title. If we are making a custom template for the Events Module, the title should be like this: Events Template #MICRONET_HEADING# 

    3. Save/Publish page 

    4. Go to Page editor > add in the main area #MICRONET_CONTENT# 

    5. Done/Publish. Should look like this: https://www.screencast.com/t/Km8WAHcW  

    6. Copy URL 

  2. Go to the ISCP ( xxx.domain.com/integration/settings ) 

    1. Go to Module Templates tab 

    2. Click ‘Show Advanced Options’ button 

    3. Paste in the URL of the custom template page into the URL text field. It will look like this: https://www.screencast.com/t/Dr7avzkz  

    4. Click save 

    5. Click ‘Clear all Template Cache’ button to clear the cache 

    6. Go to xxx.domain.com/events and see the custom template being applied 

  3. For a specific module page (say an event page) 

    1. Go to the Page Templates tab 

    2. Enter in the path (  xxx.domain.com/events/detail/xxxxxx ) You only need what is behind the xxx.domain.com 

    3. Paste in the URL of the custom template page into the URL text field. It will look like this: https://www.screencast.com/t/fkqXYcV8E9Z  

    4. Click save 

    5. Click ‘Clear all Template Cache’ button to clear the cache 

    6. Go to xxx.domain.com/events/detail/xxxxx and see the custom template being applied
