The Goal: Understand how the GrowthZone integration with the National Association of REALTORS’ NRDS database keeps your contacts’ NRDS data up to date, and where to manage its settings in GrowthZone.
Before You Begin:
- You must have the GrowthZone Real Estate Edition with the NRDS/M1 integration enabled for your association.
- You need staff permissions to view and edit settings under Settings, Real Estate Edition section.
Step-by-Step Instructions
The GrowthZone integration with the National Association of REALTORS’ NRDS database provides association staff an easy way to manage their contacts’ NRDS data. Select data entered or changed in GrowthZone is automatically pushed to NRDS, thereby updating agent and office records in NRDS. Data is pushed every ten minutes to ensure your records in NRDS are always up to date.
- Go to Settings, Real Estate Edition section, click M1 Settings.
- Review your M1 connection details to confirm the integration is active.
- Enter or update a contact’s NRDS data in GrowthZone as you normally would; eligible changes are queued automatically.
- Allow up to ten minutes for the change to push to NRDS, then verify the updated agent or office record in NRDS.
Common Pitfalls
- Expecting instant sync: Data pushes on a ten-minute cycle, not in real time. If a change isn’t in NRDS immediately, wait for the next push before troubleshooting.
