The Goal: Understand how agent record changes are automatically synced to Supra, so that updates to your lockbox-enabled agents flow through without any manual action.
Before You Begin:
- Your database must have the Supra/Lockbox integration enabled (Real Estate Edition).
- The agent must have Sync to LockBox enabled on their record.
- Review which fields trigger a sync — see Data Sent to Supra for Agents.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Update any of the agent fields described in Data Sent to Supra for Agents.
- Confirm the agent has Sync to LockBox enabled. As long as Sync to LockBox is enabled, the system will “notice” these changes and create a change record to send to Supra.
- Wait for the automatic sync. The change record is sent to Supra within the hour, with no interaction on your part.
Common Pitfalls
- Sync to LockBox not enabled: If the agent does not have Sync to LockBox enabled, your field changes will not be sent to Supra. Verify this setting before expecting an update to sync.
- Expecting an instant update: Syncs are sent within the hour, not immediately. Allow up to an hour before assuming a change failed to send.
