Some ISPs refer to site reputation services, such as McAfee, Kaspersky or Norton so if you happen to research an ISP for whitelisting and they refer to one of these, edit this article, put the ISP's name under the ISP section, note the service that it utiliizes, and add the service, if it doesn't exist already, under the malware/site reputation section.
