The Goal: Verify that a Real Estate Edition customer is using the new M1 API structure (which replaced NRDS and the previous subqueue system).
Before You Begin:
- All Real Estate Edition customers (as of 7/17/2024) should be using the new M1 API structure.
- You will need access to the Real Estate Edition settings to view the M1 API configuration.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Go to Settings, Integrations section, click Real Estate Edition Settings.
Scroll almost all the way to the bottom of the page to locate the Enable M1 APIs checkbox.
- Confirm the new APIs are active: if the Enable M1 APIs checkbox is enabled and a username and password are entered, the customer has had the new APIs enabled.
Common Pitfalls
- Forgetting the NRDS Integration Sync information: In addition to enabling the M1 API, the previous NRDS Integration Sync information must also be populated, or the integration will not function correctly.
