The Goal: Review current financials for members in an individual chapter, including amounts that have not been billed and those awaiting payment.
Before You Begin:
- Chapters must be configured and members must be affiliated with chapters before this report will return meaningful data.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Click Reports in the left-hand rail.
- Click Member Roster Billing Status. To easily locate reports, click Chapter in the Show Only drop-down list.
- Select the desired chapter from the Chapter drop-down list.
- Configure Display Options:
- Add or remove the Fields to Display in your report.
- (Optional) Select a Summarize By option.
- Select the desired Display Mode.
- Click Run Report.

Common Pitfalls
- No chapter data showing: If the report returns no results, verify that the selected chapter has members affiliated to it and that billing has been configured for that chapter.
- Wrong chapter selected: Use the Show Only filter set to Chapter to narrow the report list, then confirm the correct chapter is selected in the Chapter drop-down.
