The Goal: Update all of an event’s fee items when the number of included attendee seats changes (for example, a fee that came with XX seats is now changed to XX seats).
Before You Begin:
- You need staff permission to edit events and their registration fee items.
- Know the new number of attendee seats each affected fee item should include.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Go to Events & Learning, Events section, click All Events.
- Open the event whose fee items you need to update.
- Open the registration fee items for the event and locate each fee item that included the old number of attendee seats.
- Update each fee item so it reflects the new number of attendee seats (change it from the old XX seats to the new XX seats).
- Click Save to finalize your changes.
Common Pitfalls
- Updating only one fee item: If multiple fee items came with the old seat count, update every affected fee item — not just the first one — so all registrations reflect the new number of attendees.
