What this does: Shows you how to check your GZ Pay balance, find your next payout, trace a payout to your bank and export your payout history.
Applies to: GrowthZone associations that are active GZ Pay merchants on a Stripe-backed gateway. Your user profile needs Payments Hub access, which follows your gateway permissions.
Before you start: Your merchant onboarding must be complete. Have the last four digits of your bank account handy to confirm where payouts go.
Time needed: 5 minutes for a balance check. 10 to 15 minutes to trace a payout or export a month.

Open the Payments Hub
The dashboard is your starting point for every payout question.
- Go to Finance, Payments Hub section, click Dashboard. The page opens as Overview.
- If you have more than one gateway, check the gateway button at the top right. It shows which gateway's money you are looking at.
- Look for a Status Unavailable badge at the top right. If you see one, your onboarding isn't finished and the numbers won't be accurate. Contact GrowthZone Support before you rely on them.
The dashboard has three parts:
- Balances at the top: how much money you have and when it moves next.
- Recent payouts: every payout sent (or on its way) to your bank.
- Net volume — last 30 days: a chart of your net sales volume.
Check your balance and next payout
Use the Balances card to answer "How much money do I have, and when will it reach my bank?"
- Read Total balance. This is all your money in GZ Pay: funds on the way to your bank, funds ready to pay out and funds still settling.
- Read Next upcoming payout (estimated). This is the amount queued for your next payout. It is an estimate while transactions are still processing, and it firms up as they settle.
- Read Expected to arrive. This is the date the next payout should reach your bank. Banks can take up to 5 business days to post it.
-
For a breakdown, click See details. The Your balance window lists:
- On the way to your bank: funds that have left GZ Pay but haven't landed yet.
- Upcoming payouts (estimated): what should pay out next.
- Available in your balance: settled funds waiting for the next payout.
- Total balance: the sum of the three.
Your destination bank account is listed below these rows.
- Close the window with Close (X) at the top right.
Find a payout in your history
The Recent payouts list shows one row per payout, 10 rows per page.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Date | When the payout started |
| Status | Paid, In transit, Withdrawn or Failed |
| Destination | The bank account that receives the funds |
| Amount | The payout amount in US dollars |
- To page through older payouts, click Previous or Next below the list.
- To narrow the list, click a filter above it: Status, Amount, Method or Date.
- Choose a value and click Apply. You can combine filters, for example Paid, last month and over $500.
- To clear a filter, open it again and reset it, or refresh the page.
Trace a payout to your bank
Open a payout to see its timeline, its Payout Trace ID and every transaction in it.
- Click a row in Recent payouts. The payout details open on the right.
- Check Timeline. It shows when the payout was initiated, when it went in transit and when it completed.
- In Overview, find the Payout Trace ID. If your bank can't find the payout, give them this number. Some banks call it a reference number.
- Check Summary. It totals the charges, refunds and adjustments in the payout, with the count, gross, fees and total for each. The Payouts row is the amount sent to your bank.
- Review Transactions, the line-by-line list behind the payout. Click a line to open that payment, refund or transfer.
Checkpoint: The Payouts row in Summary matches the Amount on the payout's row in Recent payouts.
Transaction types:
- Payout: the payout itself. It shows as a negative amount because the money leaves your GZ Pay balance.
- Payment: a customer charge that funded the payout.
- Transfer: an internal movement, usually for a refund.
- Payment Refund: shown as REFUND FOR PAYMENT with a negative amount. It offsets the related payment.
Export your payout history
Download payouts as a CSV file to reconcile them with your accounting system.
- Above Recent payouts, click Export.
- Choose a Date range: Today, Current month, Last 7 days, Last month, All or Custom.
- Under Columns, keep the default set or choose a smaller one for a quick check.
- Click Export. The CSV downloads through your browser.
- Open the file in your spreadsheet tool and compare it with your accounting system. If a payout looks wrong, open it in the Payments Hub and compare its Transactions list.
Each export is a one-time download. Scheduled or emailed exports aren't available yet.
Common pitfalls
- Worrying about "(estimated)": It only means transactions are still processing. The amount firms up on its own.
- Expecting money the same day: Banks can take up to 5 business days. Wait that long before you contact GrowthZone Support, and have the Payout Trace ID ready.
- Looking for bank settings in the Payments Hub: You can't change your bank account or payout destination there. Open a request with GrowthZone Support and the Payments team will make the change.
- Ignoring a Status Unavailable badge: Your onboarding isn't complete, so the numbers aren't accurate yet.
Frequently asked questions
Where's my money?
Click See details on the Balances card. On the way to your bank shows funds in transit. Available in your balance shows settled funds waiting for the next payout.
My payout shows as paid, but my bank doesn't see it. What do I do?
Wait 5 business days from the completed date. Then give your bank the Payout Trace ID from the payout's Overview section. If it's still missing, contact GrowthZone Support with the Trace ID.
Why did my balance change since yesterday?
Your balance updates in real time as payments process, payouts move and refunds settle. If a change looks wrong, open that day's payout and review its Summary and Transactions.
