Proration is a function of billing frequency and proration option. You can set the proration option for each billing frequency under the Pricing Payment Options. Settings here will apply to ALL goods and services associated to this membership. If needed you can override these settings for individual goods/services.

1. For the desired membership, click the pricing hyper-link.

   

2. In the Payment Options section, choose the Proration Interval you wish to use for each frequency. NOTE: The system will not prorate new membership fees if the proration interval is longer than the billing frequency. For example, Quarterly payments cannot be prorated on a Semiannual basis. See Proration Examples for details on the impact of each option. for information on result of each proration option.
