  1. On the member's profile tab, click the    icon the Memberships section.

  2. Click Edit Expiration Dates.

  3. Make changes as needed:
    • The Current Expiration Date is the expiration date of the membership, calculated based off of the start date or last renewal date, and the membership term, as defined in the membership type setup.
    • The Expiration Date After Payment is the date to which the expiration date will be updated, after the member pays the membership dues invoice if any balance is due.
  4. Click Done.
NOTE: If the option to Enforce Date Rules on Fixed Renewal Month Memberships is enabled and a membership has a Fixed Renewal Month, then the GrowthZone system will enforce certain rules for membership dates. This prevents staff users from changing those dates. These rules include the Next Bill Date and Expiration Date may not be editable.
