Configure Gateway Notifications for Disputes/Charge Failures

  1. Click Setup in the Navigation panel.
  2. Click Payment Gateways in the Finance section.

  3. Select the staff member to whom notifications should be sent from the Credit Card Account/Dispute Notifications Email list. All active staff members will be displayed.
  4. Click Save.
