Update Primary Office NRDS Status

  1. For the desired office, click the Real Estate tab.
  2. In the NRDS Office Information section click the  icon.

  3. Select the desired status from the Status list.

  4. Click Done.

 

IMPORTANT: NRDS will not allow you to inactivate an office if there are agents related to the office that are still active. Deactivate or move the agent(s) first, then deactivate the office.
