print icon

The primary association field, in M1, indicates which association first added this office. If your association also needs to be associated with this office because you have members linked there, you can add these with via your GrowthZone software, and the supplemental data will be synchronized to NRDS.

IMPORTANT: You can only add an Office Secondary record if the Office itself exists on M1and is Active. Perform a search of the M1 database to confirm that the record exists. If the office does not exist or is Inactive, M1 will reject the transaction. Be sure to review the Event Log for errors.

  1. For the desired office, click the Real Estate tab.
  2. Search M1 as described in Search M1 for Offices to ensure that the record exists. Select the matched office. A limited amount of M1 data will be returned by M1 to GrowthZone. NOTE: The status of the office will be returned by M1. If the status is NOT active, you will not be able to sync a secondary record to M1. Changes to the status of the office will need to be performed within M1 prior to being able to sync the secondary record.
