Update Secondary Office M1 Status

To change the status of a secondary office:

 

  1. On the Office Real Estate tab, click the   icon in the Secondary Office section.
  2. Ensure Sync to M1 is enabled.
  3. Select the desired status from the Status list.
  4. Click Save. The changes to the supplemental office will immediately be sent to the M1 processing queue, no further action is required. NOTE: The Save button will not be enabled if any of the required fields are missing.

 

NOTE: All fields listed in Data Sent to M1 for Secondary Office Record will be sent to M1.
