Adding an office to CRMLS is a two step process. First you will assign an MLS ID, then you will activate the sync.
- For the desired office, click the Real Estate tab.
- Click the pencil icon in the MLS - CRMLS section.
- On the Add MLS ID screen, enter the MLS ID for this office. If, during initial setup, you have chosen to use the MLS ID Generator, click the Get MLS ID button.
- Click Done. IMPORTANT: Once you click Done you will not be able to edit the ID.
- Once you have assigned the MLS ID click the pencil icon in the MLS Information section.
- On the Edit MLS Office Information enable Sync with MLS.
- Select the office Status.
- Click Done.
The new office will be synced, within the hour, to CRMLS with no further interaction on your part.
