If you wish to allow your users to manage their invoice delivery preferences via the Info Hub, you need to enable the Allow Info Hub Users to Select Invoice Delivery Method setting.
- Go to Setup and in the Finance section, select General Settings.
- At the bottom of the window is the Allow Info Hub Users to Select Invoice Delivery Method option. Enable that setting and you users will be able to select their preferred invoice delivery method (email, print, or both). See Manage Invoice Delivery Preferences in the Info Hub for instructions.
