Mark an eMail Address for Internal Use

At times your contacts may not wish to display certain email addresses to the public, but wish to use the eMail address for administrative purposes. To mark an eMail address as internal only:

 

  1. For the desired contact, click the Profile tab.

  2. Click the pencil icon for the eMail address that you wish to mark as internal only

  3. Tick the For Internal use only check-box
  4. Click Done
